ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE : A NEW INTELLECTUAL CUROSITY / MOKSHADA CHOUDHARY

        Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly evolved from a concept of science fiction to a transformative force reshaping industries, societies, and economies worldwide. Driven by my intellectual curiosity and a passion for economic research, I began to delve deeper into AI's role in the Indian economy. My exploration led me to write an article on this subject, which was published in the national newspaper 'The Hitavada'.

      In this article, I analyzed how AI is transforming industries like healthcare, education, agriculture, and manufacturing, enhancing productivity and decision-making. Yet, as AI reshapes our economy, it also introduces complex challenges, particularly concerning job displacement and the widening income gap in India.

        What excites me most is the opportunity to strike a balance between AI-driven growth and ethical governance. Indian policymakers must ensure that AI’s benefits are widely shared, fostering inclusive development. By addressing the social impacts of automation, we can make AI a tool for bridging economic disparities and opening up new opportunities for all.

        My journey into this field has just begun, and I am excited to continue researching AI's potential for creating a more equitable society.
